Hidalgo, Mexico map

Hidalgo is a mountainous inland state in eastern Mexico.

Much of the terrain is ruggedly beautiful. There are hiking trails, hot springs, old mines, 176 historic haciendas, and ruins from the ancient Toltec civilization.
